Engagement terms

Fifteen to forty-five days depending on functional scope, fixed price by batch.

Cleo ERP is a product we publish, distributed on a subscription basis. It is not a resale of a third-party licence: the engagement above covers framing, configuration and go-live, and is contracted separately from the subscription.

How the engagement runs

Phase 1 — Functional framing

• Process workshops by domain and arbitration of scope.
• Choice of country pack and of the business rules.

Phase 2 — Configuration

• Deployment, accounting and payroll configuration, reference data.
• Data migration and verification.

Phase 3 — Acceptance

• Acceptance testing by key users on real sample data.
• Correction of gaps and sign-off on the configuration.

Phase 4 — Go-live

• User training and cutover to production.
• Enhanced assistance through the first closing cycle.
